About Linchpin Sales Solutions
Linchpin Sales Solutions was born out of a deep passion for helping others succeed in the world of sales. I'm Ryan Lynch, the founder, and my journey to establishing this business is rooted in years of hands-on experience across various roles, from business owner to national sales rep and team lead. My career has been filled with valuable lessons, both from the successes I've celebrated and the missed opportunities I've witnessed.
One particular experience stands out as a catalyst for my decision to become a sales coach. It happened at a tradeshow, where I observed six sales reps at a vendor's booth engaging with a client who was clearly ready to make a purchaseā€”a high-tech printer worth $15,000. Despite the client's eagerness, not one of those reps asked for the sale. The following day, I learned that the client had gone elsewhere and purchased a similar product simply because another sales rep had the presence of mind to ask for the business. That sale could have been theirs, but they let it slip away. This moment reinforced for me the critical importance of proactive selling and the need for sales reps to be confident in asking for the sale.
It was experiences like this that inspired me to create Linchpin Sales Solutions. I wanted to build a platform where sales professionals could learn the skills and strategies needed to avoid these common pitfalls and instead, turn every interaction into a potential win. Linchpin Sales Solutions, founded in June 2024, offers one-on-one coaching, a private online community, and self-guided modulesā€”all designed to help sales reps make meaningful connections with customers and close deals with confidence.
My mission with Linchpin Sales Solutions is simple: to empower sales professionals to become the linchpin in their organizations, the key player who drives success through understanding their customers, building strong relationships, and always being ready to close the deal.
